By creating an account or using the FoxRevo platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use FoxRevo. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FoxRevo (operated by Kenneth Arinze, trading as FoxRevo, England and Wales).

1. Definitions In these Terms: • "FoxRevo", "we", "us", "our" means Kenneth Arinze, trading as FoxRevo, England. • "Platform" means the FoxRevo web application at foxrevo.com and all related services. • "User", "you", "your" means any individual or organisation that creates a FoxRevo account. • "Account" means your registered FoxRevo user account. • "Subscription" means your paid or trial subscription to a FoxRevo plan. • "Autopsy" or "Revenue Autopsy" means a FoxRevo automated scan of your connected Stripe account. • "Report" means the output produced by a Revenue Autopsy, including findings, fix steps, CSV exports, and AI analysis. • "Content" means all text, data, graphics, and other material generated by or made available through the Platform. • "Stripe Data" means data retrieved from your connected Stripe account via your Restricted API Key.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration 2.1 Eligibility To use FoxRevo, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age • Have the legal authority to bind the business or organisation on whose behalf you are registering • Provide accurate and complete registration information • Maintain the security of your account credentials 2.2 Account Security 🦊 FoxRevo.com | Privacy Policy, Terms of Service & Help Centre FoxRevo.com | hello@foxrevo.com | Find Your Leaks. Fix Your Revenue. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must: • Keep your password secure and not share it with others • Notify us immediately at security@foxrevo.com if you suspect unauthorised access • Not use another person's account without authorisation FoxRevo is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. 2.3 One Account Per User Each individual may maintain one FoxRevo account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or access free trials multiple times is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all associated accounts.
3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments 3.1 Plans and Pricing FoxRevo offers three paid subscription plans: Fox Starter, Fox Pro, and Fox Elite. Current pricing is displayed at foxrevo.com/pricing. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. 3.2 Free Trial New accounts receive a 14-day free trial of Fox Pro features. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period: • If you have not added a payment method, your account will be paused • Your data will be retained for 90 days during which you may reactivate • You are entitled to one free trial per individual or organisation. Creating duplicate accounts to access additional trials is prohibited. 3.3 Billing Subscriptions are billed on either a monthly or annual basis, in advance, starting from the date you select a paid plan. All prices are in GBP and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise FoxRevo to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. 3.4 Failed Payments If a payment fails, we will:

Fix Your Revenue. 3.5 Refunds We offer refunds in the following circumstances: • If you cancel within 48 hours of your first paid charge and have not run more than one autopsy since converting from a trial, you may request a full refund by emailing hello@foxrevo.com • If a technical failure on our part prevents you from using the service for more than 48 consecutive hours, you are entitled to a pro-rata refund for the affected period • In all other circumstances, subscription payments are non-refundable To request a refund, contact hello@foxrevo.com within 14 days of the charge. We will respond within 5 business days. 3.6 Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile > Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access until that date. After cancellation: • Your account is paused • Your autopsy history and findings are retained for 90 days • After 90 days, all your data is permanently deleted • You may reactivate within the 90-day window without losing your data
8. Acceptable Use 4.1 Permitted Use FoxRevo is licensed to you for the purpose of analysing your own business's Stripe account data to identify and address revenue leakage. You may use FoxRevo to: • Connect Stripe accounts belonging to your own business or businesses you are authorised to manage • Run Revenue Autopsies on connected accounts • View, export, and act on autopsy findings • Share reports internally within your organisation 4.2 Prohibited Use You must not use FoxRevo to: • Connect Stripe accounts you do not own or are not authorised to access • Resell, sublicense, or white-label FoxRevo to third parties without written permission • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract FoxRevo's source code • Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to interact with the platform outside of permitted API usage • Circumvent any usage limits, rate limits, or access controls • Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code • Use the platform in any way that could damage, overload, or impair FoxRevo's infrastructure • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights 🦊 FoxRevo.com | Privacy Policy, Terms of Service & Help Centre FoxRevo.com | hello@foxrevo.com | Find Your Leaks. Fix Your Revenue. • Create accounts to access free trials multiple times 4.3 Consequences of Violation If you violate these Acceptable Use terms, we may, at our discretion: issue a warning, suspend your account, terminate your account without refund, or take legal action. We will use reasonable judgment in determining the appropriate response.
9. Stripe Integration and Data Access 5.1 Your Responsibility for API Keys You are solely responsible for: • Creating Stripe Restricted API Keys with only the permissions required by FoxRevo • Keeping your API keys secure • Revoking and replacing keys if you suspect they have been compromised • Ensuring you have authorisation to connect the Stripe accounts you link to FoxRevo 5.2 Read-Only Access FoxRevo uses read-only Stripe Restricted API Keys. We do not and cannot: • Create, modify, or delete customers, subscriptions, or payment methods • Issue refunds or credits • Charge or bill your customers • Access your full Stripe secret key However, you acknowledge that FoxRevo retrieves data from your Stripe account and that you are responsible for ensuring such access is permitted under your agreements with Stripe and your customers. 5.3 Data Accuracy Autopsy findings are generated algorithmically based on data retrieved from Stripe. FoxRevo does not guarantee that all findings are complete, accurate, or applicable to your specific business situation. You should review all findings independently before taking action. FoxRevo is not liable for any business decisions made based on autopsy findings.
10. Intellectual Property 6.1 FoxRevo's Intellectual Property FoxRevo and all related content — including but not limited to the platform, software, algorithms, brand assets (including the FoxRevo name and fox emoji usage), the Revenue Autopsy methodology, the Revenue Health Index calculation, the AI Grade Report system, all written content, and all UI elements — are owned by or licensed to Kenneth Arinze, trading as FoxRevo. All rights are reserved. Fix Your Revenue. 6.2 Your Content and Data You retain ownership of all data you bring to FoxRevo, including your Stripe account data and any information you provide during onboarding. By using FoxRevo, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process your data for the purpose of providing the service. 6.3 Anonymised Aggregate Data FoxRevo may use anonymised, aggregated data derived from autopsy runs across all users to improve the platform, develop new features, and generate industry benchmarking statistics. This data does not identify you or your business and is not shared with third parties in identifiable form.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability 7.1 Service Provided As Is FoxRevo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that: • The platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times • Autopsy findings will be complete, accurate, or applicable to your situation • Any specific revenue will be recovered as a result of using FoxRevo • The platform will meet your specific business requirements 7.2 Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by English law, FoxRevo's total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. In no event shall FoxRevo be liable for: • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity • Damage caused by decisions made based on autopsy findings • Business interruption • Third-party actions or failures (including Stripe, Supabase, or any other service provider) 7.3 Consumer Rights Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer protection legislation that cannot be lawfully excluded. If you are a consumer (using FoxRevo for personal rather than business purposes), statutory rights may apply in addition to these terms.

Fix Your Revenue. 8.1 Availability We target 99.5% monthly uptime for the FoxRevo platform. Planned maintenance will be notified at least 24 hours in advance via email and an in-app banner. Unplanned downtime will be communicated via our status page (status.foxrevo.com, to be created at launch). 8.2 Support Support is provided by email at hello@foxrevo.com. Response times vary by plan: Plan Support Response Time Fox Starter Within 3 business days (email support) Fox Pro Within 1 business day (priority email support) Fox Elite Within 4 business hours (email + Slack/WhatsApp channel) We do not offer phone support. Support is available Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm UK time, excluding UK public holidays.
13. Termination 9.1 Termination by You You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time via Profile > Billing. Account deletion is available from Profile > Account > Delete Account. Upon deletion: • All your data is queued for permanent deletion within 90 days • Your Stripe API key is immediately deleted from our systems • Any active subscription is cancelled at the end of the current billing period 9.2 Termination by FoxRevo We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if: • You violate these Terms of Service • We reasonably suspect fraudulent or abusive activity • We are required to do so by law • We discontinue the FoxRevo service (with 30 days' prior written notice) Where we terminate your account without cause, we will provide a pro-rata refund for any prepaid subscription period. 9.3 Effect of Termination Upon termination for any reason, your right to access FoxRevo ceases immediately. Data deletion timelines described in this section and in our Privacy Policy apply. Sections 6, 7, 9, 10, and 11 of these Terms survive termination.

Fix Your Revenue. 10.1 Changes to FoxRevo We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature of FoxRevo at any time. We will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes that reduce functionality. 10.2 Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will: • Provide at least 30 days' written notice by email and in-app notification • Post the updated terms at foxrevo.com/terms Your continued use of FoxRevo after the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept the changes, you may cancel your subscription before the effective date.
15. Governing Law and Disputes These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of FoxRevo shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Before initiating legal proceedings, we ask that you contact us at hello@foxrevo.com to attempt an informal resolution. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes within 30 days.
16. General • Entire Agreement — These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FoxRevo regarding the platform. • Severability — If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. • Waiver — Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future. • Assignment — You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. • Notices — Formal notices under these Terms must be sent to hello@foxrevo.com. We will send notices to the email address on your account. • Force Majeure — We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, or government actions.
